Info from Jeb Campbell the creator of this image: Jeb Campbell Hey all! Sorry for the silence -- been extremely busy. I had to have a new firewall (small, etc) and really wanted to learn ALTQ, pf, etc so I revisted my openbsd work. Anyway here is what I have atm: Openbsd 3.8 pf / altq isakmpd, ipsecadm, and ipsecctl (pick your poison...) openvpn vim (!!!!) screen sshd, ssh, and telnet (so nice as a frontend admin box) dhcpd, dnsmasq, etc (standard stuff). No web interface (and none planned). All text config and I'm working on docs now. Anyway, this all fits in 5.2M, fits on an 8M card, and runs from memory easily on 64M ram. And remote updates are cake (and done while running, so you can update and then reboot whenever). As for production ready, I'm running this at 4 locations already (2 pppoe, and 2 dhcp). Once I get this rolled out in a few more locations, I'd love to jump back into pfsense and see where ALTQ is and if I could help. If anyone wants an image before docs are ready, let me know (you need to know how to configure interfaces, but that is about it). Oh and one image (5.2M) for _anything_ pentium+ -- wrap, net48xx, pc, etc (no net45xx support, though)
