gzsig is ported from openbsd.  it is useful for signing gzipped bundles.

ftp-proxy is ported from openbsd.   it was previously known as pftpx.  

tftp-proxy-1.4.tar.gz is ported from openbsd.  this is a tftp proxy in the same style of ftp-proxy

iogen was ported to work on FreeBSD from NetBSD (IIRC).

xcache is ported (mostly makefile changes) to work on FreeBSD.  See

dhcpd is openbsd's dhcpd ported which includes pf support.

sasyncd is ported from openbsd but is not completed as of yet.
